West Coast Elite 2018 Camp and Tournament Release

West Coast Elite Basketballs 2018 schedule is loaded with the top tournaments and camps across the country.

 

January

 

King of Kings tournament

26-28: West Coast Elite and Julius V. partner to bring the King of Kings experience to the tournament format. Showcasing the top teams from across the West Coast the dynamic event will crown a new king in the 9U-14U age group.

 

February 

 

Jr. All American Camp 

3-4: West Coast Elite flagship camp to start the year with the top players in the 9U-14U age group. The Los Angeles based camp annually brings out players from across the United States to perform in front of the top media and scouts in the basketball community.

 

March 

 

West Coast Elite/Flight Elite Spring Tip-Off

3-4: The partnering of two of the largest programs in the state of California is sure to bring out the top teams from across the region. The showcase event will take place in Walnut Creek, California.

 

King of Kings Showcase

9-10: At the MAP in Garden Grove this camp brings together the current highest performing high school players and the projected best youth players to showcase their talents in front of the media from around the nation. Annual sell out event.

 

Spring High Academic Showcase 

24-25: The High Academic series inaugural kickoff event with the Los Angeles High Academic Showcase. Players are coached by and have the chance to be recruited by Division III, NAIA, and Junior College coaches. Event is an annual sell out and a unique opportunity for student-athletes.

 

April

 

So Cal Tip Off 

7-8: The official tipoff tournament to lead into the live period is back in its 3rd edition. Teams from around the region converge on Los Angeles to prepare against the top competition as they enter the live period. A capacity event, teams are encouraged to register early.

 

So Cal Hoop Review

20-22: West Coast Elite`s So Cal Hoop Review is annually the largest live period event on the West Coast with over 250 teams showcasing themselves in front of a large contingent of college coaches. The Hoop Review is annual sell out as teams from around the country converge on Los Angeles for this event.

 

West Coast Elite Spring Classic 

27-29: West Coast Elite in its 3rd year in Las Vegas for its annual Spring Classic. The Live period event attracts teams from across the United States. This sell out event will take place at Bishop Gorman and surrounding high schools.

 

Unsigned Senior/ Junior College Showcase

27-29: Colleges looking to add the final pieces to their roster attend this event in droves to scout the top high school senior and junior college players in the country. This high-level event draws in college coaches from around the country.

 

 

May

 

Spring Break Out Camp 

12-13: West Coast Elite kicks off the Spring with the 4th year event that has seen players such as Ira Lee (Arizona), Rip Economou (Seattle U), Jemarl Baker (Kentucky), among others attend. Players compete in front of the nation’s top scouts and media against the best competition in the West.

 

WCE Nor Cal Camp

19-20: West Coast Elites first regional camp of the year starts in Northern California where the top players in the Northern part of the state converge to compete for high level exposure. The 2017 camp was one of the most competitive of the year and is an annual sell out.

 

West Coast Elite Memorial Day Classic

25-28: West Coast Elite heads back to Las Vegas for the Memorial Day Classic. The tournaments 2nd year is set to be one of the biggest tournaments in the West at the time. Last year’s event featured a variety of programs including West Coast Elite, Las Vegas Punishers, Open Gym Premier, Simply Fundamental, Mountain Stars, CAVS, Armor Elite, Vegas Elite, Utah Vivint Swoosh, Top Flight, Team Vegas, Take Charge, San Antonio Upskill, Salt Lake Rebels, Hardwork, among others.

 

June

 

West Coast Elite Hawaii All Star Camp

11: West Coast Elite heads to the Aloha State for the 2nd stop in its regional camp circuit. The 6th annual event attracts players from across the islands to compete against each other.

 

July

 

West Coast Elite High Academic Chicago

5-6: West Coast Elite 2nd stop on its High Academic tour will take place in Chicago. Last year’s inaugural camp featured a large contingent of colleges including Hope College, Carnegie Mellon, Manhattanville College, NYU, Denison, Benedictine, Emerson, University of Chicago, Lake Forest, Albion, among others that contributed to over 100 colleges attending to scout the regions student-athletes. This is an annual sell out event.

 

West Coast Elite Summer Kick Off Tournament 

11-15: The Summer Kick Off is a major tournament that takes place in Los Angeles annually featuring over 200 of the nation’s top teams. Last year’s event included the Wyoming Beasts, Gamepoint, West Coast Elite, Mountain Stars, Arizona Aces, Open Gym Premier, Team Nikos, The Truth, Hawk Hoops, Las Vegas Prospects, Vegas Elite, Simply Fundamental, Powerhouse Hoops, Big Red, Los Angeles Elite, among others. The event annually brings in hundreds of coaches, scouts, and media to scout the nation’s top talent.

 

West Coast Elite Summer Classic Tournament 

18-20: The Summer Classic tournament is West Coast Elite marquee event for the July NCAA Live Period. This elite level event last year featured Chauncey Billups Elite, Colorado Regulators, Colorado Titans, West Coast Elite, Mountain Stars, Salt Lake Metro, Seattle Select, Exum Elite, Cal Supreme, Powerhouse Hoops, Aussie Prospects, Melbourne Elite Australia, Team Harden, The Truth, Splash City, Team Harden, among others in a loaded event. Event featured over 300 schools attending to scout the nations talent.

 

Elite 100 Camp 

20-22: The #1 camp in the United States during the July Live period is heading back to Pomona-Pitzer college for the annual event. The 2017 All Star game included Bryan Antoine, Scottie Lewis, Nico Mannion, Cassius Stanley, Majok Deng, Jaime Jaquez Jr, Miles Norris, Josh Green, and many other top players. Past participants include Lonzo Ball (Los Angeles Lakers) and Josh Jackson (Phoenix Suns). The marquee event saw over 300 college coaches attend including every Pac-12, Ivy League, WCC, Big West, and Patriot league school.

 

High Academic Super Bowl

23-24: West Coast Elite presents its culminating High Academic showcase event in Las Vegas. The event is the premier High Academic event of the year as over 200 colleges attend looking for their next student-athlete. Last year’s attendance included Kenyon, Willamette, Oberlin, Macalester, Menlo, John Hopkins, Colby, Grinnell, Colorado, Sarah Lawrence, Chatham, UC Santa Cruz, Redlands, and many other top institutions. Annual sell out event.

 

August

 

End of Summer Camp

25-26: West Coast Elite wraps up the summer basketball season with its annual End of Summer event in Los Angeles. The 2017 All Star game included top players Lamont Butler, Dominick Harris, Payton Moore, DJ Davis, Alpha Okoli, Lucas Holden, and other top players. The event is the last chance to compete against top talent before the high school basketball season begins. Annual sell out camp located in Los Angeles.

 

September

 

Pacific NW High Academic Camp

8-9: The Pacific NW High Academic camp in partnership with Chase Young is its third year of showcasing the top high academic players in the region. Last year’s event attracted coaches from around the region including George Fox, Redlands, Linfield, Pacific, Willamette Whitman, Caltech, Pacific Lutheran, and over 50 others.

 

Arizona All-Star Camp

15-16: West Coast Elite returns to Arizona to showcase the state’s top talent at the two-day event. Past participants include Nico Mannion, Josh Green, Majok Deng, Javon Blackshear, and other high-level talent from the region. The two-day event features a loaded youth division on day one and a high school division on day two. The camp is an annual sell out.

 

Dallas High Academic Showcase 

22-23: West Coast Elite will head to Dallas, Texas for the second edition of its High Academic circuit. The event brought out the top student-athletes from the region to perform in front of college coaches. Colleges in attendance included Northlake, University of Dallas, Midwestern State, Howard Payne, UT Tyler, Texas A&M Commerce, College of the Ozarks, Mountain View, Letourneau, Angelo State, Lamar State, and numerous others.

 

Los Angeles Fall High Academic King of Kings

29-30: West Coast Elite kicks off its fourth year bringing the High Academic King of Kings to Los Angeles. In this unique event, top players and student-athletes bring out the region’s top scouts and coaches. The dynamic event showcases talent across the basketball spectrum for maximum exposure.

 

October

 

Fall High School Invite Tournament

5-7: West Coast Elite presents the most dynamic, high level high school fall league event featuring the top high school teams from across the West Coast. Last year’s inaugural event drew top teams from across the states of California and Nevada. This blockbuster event will sell out.

 

Attitude of Gratitude Tournament

5-7:  Along side some of top high school teams on the West Coast, the Attitude of Gratitude tournament brought in exceptional competition for the future of West Coast Basketball.  As much as the youth players had a chance to observe high schools, many of the youth players turned heads for their potential new basketball coaches.

 

Utah All Star Camp

13-14: West Coast Elite heads back to Utah for its 5th annual All-Star camp showcasing the top talent from around the state. The marquee camp in the state for the year brings together players from across programs to compete at the highest level.

 

November 

 

West Coast Elite Middle School Classic

10-12: West Coast Elite takes Northern California with one of the top youth tournaments of 2018. Bringing together programs from across the state, the high-level event features a showcase format on Friday that launches into tournament.

December

West Coast Elite Holiday Splash

8-9:  The Holiday Splash is the final youth tournament of the year!  Finish the year right versus top competition from the region.  The event is expected to draw top media, competition, and teams from the region.
