Battin, Slajchert, and Richards Finish Historic High School Career

West Coast Elite Under Amour’s Wes Slajchert (Dartmouth), Riley Battin (Utah), and Ezekial Richards (Santa Clara) completed their illustrious high school career in a 76-85 loss to Long Beach Poly. Battin finished with 43 points, and 17 rebounds cementing his places as Ventura counties all-time scoring leader with over 2,500 points. Wes Slajchert finished with 8 points, and 13 assists finishing as the all-time assist leader in Ventura County. Ezekial Richards finished with 4 points and 8 rebounds fresh off his commitment to Santa Clara.


            These West Coast Elite alumni have combined to win the Big Foot in the 8th grade, Fab 48 as freshman, 7 West Coast Elite Tournaments, 2 Pangos Tournaments, lost in the semi-finals of the Fab 48 in the 10/11th grade, and went to the Under Armour Association semi-finals twice. Wes Slajchert and Riley Battin have been pillars of the West Coast Elite Under Armour program since the 8th grade with Ezekial Richards joining the program in high school. Slajchert, Battin, and Richards will next take their talents to their respective universities.

Wes Slajchert will join Dartmouth in the fall with Riley Battin headed to Utah, and Ezekial Richards to Santa Clara.
