One of the country’s top grassroots basketball promoters, Ryan Silver, is putting together a huge college recruiting tournament this April in Garden Grove.

The El Segundo-based Silver, who runs Earl Watson Elite and West Coast Elite basketball, has taken over Grassroots Youth and High School basketball across Southern California and the West Coast.

Silver has organized events in Utah, Oregon, Colorado and So. Cal destination hot spots such as Palm Springs and San Diego.

Silver has a huge lineup scheduled for 2015, in what could be the biggest year ever.

Silver’s top quality events have been attended by some of the biggest and best Division 1 college coaches in the country.

It’s no surprise Arizona’s Sean Miller, UCLA’s Steve Alford, Washington State’s Ernie Kent, St. John’s Steve Lavin and numerous other recognizable names frequent and value Silver’s events.

West Coast Elite Basketball and Gerry Freitas Hoop Review are planning the April 10-12 event for the Next Level Sports Complex in Garden Grove.

The Southern California Hoop Review is expected to draw hundreds of team and games will be from Friday at 4 p.m. until Sunday at 6 p.m.

This will be an NCAA live-period event featuring 15u-17u teams.

Top programs that participated in last years So. Cal. Hoop Review, include Earl Watson Elite, Gamepoint, California Supreme, Superior Athletes, Lakeshow, San Diego All Stars, Arizona Magic, Prodigy, Big Ballers, Game Time Elite and many more.
